The booking had not gone through when Booked.net sent me a confirmation email. I arrived at desk and they did not have my reservation. They thought I must have babe n lying and I had to look up the email. Took them 45 minutes to book me a reservation. I had a conference in the area and I missed the first 20 minutes. Never thought it would be so wrong. I was given a room but the neighbors kept slamming their doors at night. Walls are thin. I did not know there were bars next door and infront. No sleep. Room was very clean. Thank you cleaning service.

Where do I start the nasty staff refused to let us set up our stuff in the conference room even though it was not in use, okay not a big deal, then we reserved a 2 bed room the one they put us in had a flood, the only offered a king with sofa, we needed towels they were "in the dryer, never got towels, we requested a blanket since we did not have a bed we just had a sofa bed, the brought us a sheet and then after the second call there were no blankets. While I was up setting up for the next am at 2 am while everyone was asleep there goes a roach crawling up the wall onto our bin in the closet, I quickly killed it and took it to the front desk, he offered nothing except to move into another room. The next day all the manager offered was 10% off the roach room I will never ever go back I will sleep in the ghetto with my windows open before I come back herr

The hotel is located in a nice area near Rentschler Field, within walking distance. The food is outstanding, especially the breakfast with muffins and hot waffles. The heated pool area is a plus. They offer a shuttle to the airport if needed.

Super close to the highway and Rentschler Field where we were heading for the US-Ecuador match. Room was great, bartender and front desk very helpful. Loved the towels

Convenient location and well-equipped fitness center. 💪🏼 However, the weights in the fitness center had some rust on them.

I like the friendliness of the from desk.

The room had a bed spread with a stain on it, th pillows were too small for the pillow cases, the toilet ran constantly through the night and the desk chair was discolored and raggedy.

Unbeatable convenient location, very close to the stadium. Based just next door to concerts in Northampton MA and New Haven CT as well as a Mexican restaurant. Recently renovated and good quality room with fridge and microwave and coffee makers and a TV for a very very good stay for 3 nights.

The location of the hotel is really close to Margarita's Restaurant, the mall, and popular locations in East Hartford, Hartford, and Manchester. Enjoyed the muffins and hot waffles served in the morning.

The location was comfortable and strategic, within a close distance from Pratt & Whitney Stadium. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The breakfast was complimentary and adequate; muffins and hot waffles.

My room and bathroom was very clean and comfy. The décor was inviting. Great place to stay for business or pleasure.

Not enough staff at the front desk. It took a long time to check in. The breakfast was horrible. The location of the breakfast was not great either. To get on wifi was not user friendly.

Night staff was friendly, hotel was mostly clean but smelt bad.

We had to ask for clean towels on day two of four. Felt like the day staff was bothered by question. Gym facility was nasty.

The room is nicely decorated with a fridge and 2 double beds. The location is strategic, just 2 miles from Rentschler Field. The attached restaurant in the hotel serves delicious dishes.
